Tess O’Shea

Tess joined TEDI-London in 2020 and is responsible for Microsoft product development and technical support.

After a long and varied career in local government, she has over 15 years’ experience in providing digital solutions working particularly with Microsoft D365.  She is responsible for building and optimizing our student record system and associated integration processes, administering the IT service desk, asset management and onboarding.

Tess holds an ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate and is currently working towards ITIL 4 Specialist qualifications.
