We’ve partnered with Kaplan!
We are delighted to have teamed up with Kaplan International Pathways as our international student recruitment partner. The Kaplan team will be helping us to recruit future international students to our Global Design Engineering Degree programmes, as well as supporting them before they arrive to make sure the transition process is as smooth as possible. With our partnership in full swing, we hope to start welcoming international students to TEDI-London through Kaplan in September 2023.
Why Kaplan?
Formed over 80 years ago, Kaplan helps more than 25,000 new international students with their progression into higher education by working in partnership with leading universities and higher education providers. This includes Arizona State University (ASU), – one of our founding partners – who already work closely alongside Kaplan to optimise their own international recruitment activity.
Like us, Kaplan aims to make education opportunities more accessible to students from a variety of cultural, social, and educational backgrounds.
“We are excited to be partnering with Kaplan. We believe their broad international reach and reputation for excellence in service and student care will help us achieve our ambition to prepare students from diverse backgrounds to become the socially aware engineers of the future.”
Helen Merrills, Director of Marketing, Student Recruitment & Admissions at TEDI-London
What will they do?
To help us bring more international students to study as future engineers at TEDI-London, Kaplan’s recruitment network will work globally to promote our Global Design Engineering degree programmes as options for engineering study in the UK. In doing this, the team will carry out a range of activities, such as:
- Building relationships with local schools and colleges to advise students of their options for higher education.
- Attending university search events and careers fairs.
- Helping us to manage our portfolio of international scholarships.
“TEDI-London’s global approach, celebration of diversity and close involvement of employers in their curriculum align closely with a number of our key priority focus areas – women in STEM, sustainability and employability. We look forward to contributing to TEDI-London’s growth and success.”
Clare Rawlins, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Admissions and Recruitment at Kaplan
