A New Master’s Pathway from TEDI-London to Arizona State University
BEng students at The Engineering & Design Institute London can now benefit from a guaranteed entry to study a Master’s at Arizona State University.
We’re delighted to share that Arizona State University (ASU), one of our founding partners, has pledged ‘Guaranteed Admission’ to study a master’s programme in Engineering, MEng or User Experience, MS for TEDI-London students graduating from our Global Design Engineering BEng.
This alumni offer allows students to complete their three year bachelor’s at our London campus and then pursue a fourth year master’s degree in America, at the #1 University for Innovation in the USA (U.S. News & World Report, 9 years, 2016–2024)
As part of this exciting opportunity, students can choose from two Master’s programmes at ASU’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering; the largest engineering school in the US:
– Engineering, MEng (currently offered online, coming to campus soon)
– User Experience, MS (offered on campus)
“As one of the founding partners of TEDI-London, Arizona State University is dedicated to supporting TED-London graduates by opening access to credentials that will give them a competitive edge in their engineering careers,” said Kyle Squires, Dean of the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at ASU. “To demonstrate this commitment, qualified TEDI-London graduates will be granted admission to select master’s programs at ASU.”
“Not only does this offer enable graduates to deepen their engineering expertise through a master’s degree from the Fulton Schools of Engineering, it also provides them an opportunity to live and study in the United States. The exposure to our faculty, students, applied projects, internships and work experience with U.S.-based engineering firms and companies will enrich the lives and careers of those who take advantage of this educational opportunity.”
To be eligible, students will need to graduate from the TEDI-London bachelor’s degree with a classification of 2:2 or higher and acquire the appropriate study visa.
To take the opportunity further, if a student completes their degree on campus at ASU, they’ll be eligible to stay in the USA to work for up to three years in line with Optical Practical Training.
