Look closely at the black and white picture. Can you see how the structure starts to lock together as it is built?  Once you get to 5, the pattern of adding lolly sticks remains the same.

The coloured lolly stick photo shows a bridge that was made with 18 lolly sticks.

Once you get the hang of it, you can see how wide the bridge can go!
