Stephen is a member of the TEDI-London IT team, responsible for the provisioning of IT devices and ensuring the efficient running of devices throughout it’s life cycle.
Stephen has an excellent IT administration and support skills, a brilliant understanding of MS and Mac operating systems, Servers (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP configuration, Active directory management) and desktop products.
He holds a BEng in Computers, intelligent systems, and networks, has ITIL 4 Certification and is an Apple Certified Associate.
