Dr Jan Peters MBE

Dr Jan Peters MBE is the founder and CEO of Katalytik and has experience of academic research, manufacturing, and commercializing technology. She has also been a global leading policy and strategist, focusing on addressing inclusion in STEM since 1999.

Jan underlines the importance of inclusive teams in solving challenging global problems and appreciating national and global cultures. Her work focuses on challenging thinking around inclusion and creating team ecosystems that foster inclusive thinking in engineering and design.

At TEDI-London, she is excited to support the growth of an inclusive mindset and confidence among the staff and students.
