Our innovative approach will empower students from diverse backgrounds to become independent, curious learners with a global, future‑focused outlook.
Our curriculum takes an interdisciplinary global design approach to engineering.
This means that it includes all the elements of professional engineering as well as digital, design, and business skills.
From talking to employers, we know that these are the skills that they want from future engineers.
As a TEDI-London student, you will learn ‘hands-on’ from day one, on projects that are real-life challenges co-designed and delivered with employers.
Covering sectors such as robotics, smart cities, sustainability, and AI, the mixture of individual and group projects will allow you to develop teamwork, problem solving, project management and leadership skills and give you the opportunity to study areas that interest you.
TEDI-London will be utilising the latest Microsoft technologies to allow you to learn in the most innovative way.
To give you the knowledge you need to succeed with your projects, you will study bitesize nodes of learning via our cutting-edge virtual learning environment, the Learning Tree.
The Learning Tree is set-up to be flexible and allows you to complete the nodes at the pace that suits you and you can revisit them at any time to brush up on your skills.
These nodes are being developed in partnership with both industry and our founding university partners, so you will have access to the most up-to-date and world-leading knowledge and information.
In addition to benefiting from our custom-designed learning environment and professional networks, all TEDI-London students will have access to a full suite of student services, including structured support for personal and academic development, and expert guidance on accommodation, finance, and industry placement opportunities.
Student voice is important to us and we will be encouraging all students to become active members of TEDI-London and its wider community. Through establishing student consultative committees, we hope to create a positive learning environment that fosters a culture and ethos of mutual respect and tolerance.
When you apply, we will be looking for evidence of your Attitude, Aptitude and Ability, meaning that all applications will be considered on an individual basis.
If you are an open-minded, ambitious, and creative problem-solver who wants to make a difference to the future, we would love to hear from you.
